He is survived by: his daughter Carol Powel Teter (Mike); his grandchildren, Robert Garry Powel, Heidi Powel Waterman (Chris), Emily Grace Teter, Zachary Robert Teter and Jonathon Trout Teter; his brothers, Lee Paul Allen (Shirley) and Tracy Earle Allen (Yvonne); and the mother of his children Jeannette Frey Altland.
Visitation was held on Sunday, January 19th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Howard-Quattlebaum Funeral Cremation (754 US-1, North Palm Beach, FL 33408). A funeral service was held on Sunday, January 19th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
