She was predeceased by: her father Gerald Fitzgerald, Sr.; and her sister Lynn Adams. She is survived by: her mother Patricia Fitzgerald, Sr.; her husband Carl Scheffler; her children, Mary Elizabeth Scheffler, Annalise Scheffler, Carl Scheffler, Jr., Elena Scheffler, Max Scheffler and Conrad Scheffler; and her sister Beth Giovene.
