He was predeceased by: his parents, Dirk Oskamp and Elsie Oskamp (Kerkhoven); his wife Joan Steutel; and his siblings, Garry, Ann and Elsie.
He is survived by: his brother Richard Oskamp (June) of North Haledon, NJ; his brother-in-law George Steutel (Gene) of Palm Harbor, FL.; his daughters, Shirley Oskamp (Gary Lindorff) of Middletown Springs, VT and Suellyn McGlew (Michael) of Blairstown, NJ; his granddaughters, Sarah, Caitlin Colletti, Kylie and Lauren McGlew; and his stepgrandson Evan Lindorff-Ellery.
