He is survived by: his wife Kimberly; his children, Terren (Roberson) and Theodore; his mother Linda; his sister Diane (Larry); his nieces and nephews, Austin, Jacob, Cody, Alyssa, Braeden, Luke and Gage; his parents-in-law, Dr. Bart and Margie Anspach; his brothers-in-law, Dr. Cory Anspach (Trish Benson) and Troy; his nieces and nephews, Jennifer, Crissa and Sydney; his sisters-in-law, Dr. Tiffany Anspach and Kirsten Perkins (Craig); and his nieces and nephews, Jalen, Raegan and Collin.
