He was predeceased by: his wife Alba; his parents, Mario Alfonso and Victoria Alfonso; his brother Carlos; his son Edward Alfonso (Cindi); and his wife Graciella Mercedes Ureta Martez.
He is survived by: his children, Denise Alfonso Varela (Mother Sadie Gonzalez), Joseph Alfonso, Lisett Cluggish, Mario Alfonso (Karen), Katherine Bender (John), Robert Alfonso (Heather) and Janette Sfire (Jason). He is also survived by 20 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, March 29th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Faith Lutheran Church (555 U. S. Hwy 1, North Palm Beach, FL 33408).
