He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Fischer and Gertrude Fischer. He is survived by: his spouse Noel Fischer (DeVan); his children, Barb Flynn (late Darren) and Ralph (Erin); and his grandchildren, Joseph, Mattie Flynn, Emma, Jacob, Ellie, Reed, Ryan and Rowan Fischer.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to EWTN, an American basic cable television network which presents around-the-clock Catholic programming which Joe enjoyed watching every day.
