He was predeceased by: his parents, Merle Frederick Wratislaw and Lovelle Wratislaw. He is survived by: his son Boy Scout Troops; his wife Mary Alice; his son David Leslie Wratislaw, Jr.; his brother Fredric S. Wratislaw (Faye); his brother-in-law Jack H. Rhodes; and his nieces and nephews, Lee Wratislaw, Stoney Rhodes (Lorri), Dusty Rhodes, Kim Wratislaw Pondrom (Michael) and Beth Rhodes.
