He is survived by: his wife Karnella; his children, Raquel, Matt and Julie Bicknell; and his siblings, Marylou Keleher (Mike), Peggy McGuire (Marty), Debbie Snowden (David), Barry Bicknell (Kathy), Jack Bicknell (Claudia), Carl Bates (Janet), David Bates and Bruce Bates (Rosemary). He is also survived by many other family members and friends.
