It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara Elaine Manning (North Palm Beach, Florida), born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on July 27, 2023, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made to the ASPCA and local Humane Society.
