He was predeceased by: his parents, Arnold L. Mills and Marjorie Mills (Bull); and his sister Priscilla M. Heacock. He is survived by: his wife Susan; his children, Elizabeth Smith (Favor J.) and Arnold L. III (Kimberly); and his grandchildren, Teresa, Anne Smith, Benjamin, Catarina and Gabriela Mills. He is also survived by several cousins, nieces and nephews.
