He was predeceased by: his parents, Miklos Halasz and Juliana Halasz Fodor, MD (Meisel); his stepparent Imre Fodor MD; and his brother Imre Halasz (late Stephanne Sutton) of Boston. He is survived by: his wife Joan Monahan; and his siblings-in-law, John Monahan, Susan, Bill Callahan, Bob, Jill Monahan, Marybeth, Brian Harnett, Jane and David Mullen. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, and seven great- nieces and great-nephews.
