She was predeceased by: her parents, David Price Rawlins and Alma Banks Rawlins; and her husband Jackie House. She is survived by: her children, Teresa O'Keefe (Rick), David House (Kim) and Cindy Vincent (Bill) of Owensboro, KY; her grandchildren, Riley, Carson, Faith and Grace; and her brother Price. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
