She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel Fine and Marion Fine. She is survived by: her children, Stacie Schmerling Butler (Jerry Butler), Dr. Lori Schmerling and Michael Schmerling (Alessandra Stivelman); and her grandchildren, Samantha, Rafael (Lucas Schmerling) and Jeff Schmerling (John Toland).
