With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Phyllis Yaffa (North Lauderdale, Florida), who passed away on January 21, 2022 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Dr. Jack B. Yaffa; her children, Andy (Romy), Sam, Jodi (Ryan Kuhl) and Greg; and her grandchildren, Ryan, Garrett, Hailey, Amanda, Meghan, Samantha, Matthew, Nicole, Logan and Dylan.
