He is survived by: his wife Sandra; his children, Errol and Lori; his grandchildren, Ilise and Michael Bogart; and his great grandchildren, Matthew, Michael, Amanda Levin, Hannah and Rebecca Bogart. He is also survived by his grandchildren and all animals, especially his pets.
