He was predeceased by: his parents, Constance Balin and Alphonse Balin; and his siblings, Alix Balin, Frank Balin and Mireille Balin.
He is survived by: his wife Marie-Claude Rodriguez-Balin; his children, Gretta Balin (Wuilfredo) and Daniel (Raday); the parent of his children Nereida Lugones-Diaz; his stepchildren, Rebecca Carmant-Demas (Armand Demas), Rudolf Rodriguez (Bertrude Rodriguez) and Johyko Rodriguez; his grandchildren, Victor, Martin, Boris, Cyril, Tristan, Saja, Maleyah, Jace, Jalise and Anaya; his sister Gretta Merceron (Alix Merceron); his nieces, Farah and Alexandra Merceron; his nephew Alix Balin; and his brother-in-law Louis Chaton Rodriguez (Bob Chicoye). He is also survived by his aunts and numerous cousins, as well as members of his extended family.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 from 8:30 AM to 9:00 AM at the Alexander-Levitt Funeral Home and Cremation (8135 W McNab Rd, Tamarac, FL 33321). A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Et St. Andrew's Catholic Church (9950 NW 29th St, Coral Springs, FL 33065).
