He was predeceased by: his wife Ruby Welch. He is survived by: his daughters, Brenda Welch (Karen) of Altamonte Springs and Kim Johnson (Scott) of Lake Placid; his grandchildren, Kevin Johnson, Luke Johnson, Jared Johnson, Erica Perkinson (Stewart), Amir and Jimmy Al-Jabari; and his great grandchildren, Chase, Carter Perkinson and Fur-Baby Lucky.
