He is survived by: his daughter Michele Wilkerson (Dave); his stepson Todd Seibert (Tracey); his grandchildren, Jeff Wilkerson, Scott Wilkerson, Michael Seibert and Katherine Seibert; his sisters, Paula Wolf and Patricia Assaley (Lewis); his nephews, Rob Rookstool and Andrew Assaley (Sarah); and his niece Anna Assaley.

Memorial contributions in Tom's name may be made to Hospice of Dayton, the American Cancer Society, or the Red Cross.
