He is survived by: his wife Doris "Louise" Nipper; his daughter Trisia Rutter; his son-in-law Lee Rutter; his brother Bobby Nipper, Jr. of Sugarland, TX; his sisters-in-law, Julie Nipper and Karen Hodges Walker (Kim Walker); his nieces and nephews, Nicole, Misty, Tony, Rick, Chuck, Helen-Marie, Greg and Danielle; his grandchildren, Alexas Caputo, Dakoda, Ciara and Lane Rutter; his great grandchildren, Stella, Eli, Kristina, Zhayden, Khalaya and Kanan; and his pet Susie.
The military honors will be held on Wednesday, March 19th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the Sarasota National Cemetery (9810 State Rd 72, Sarasota, FL 34241).
