He is survived by: his wife Louise Algera; his children, Susan Dykstra of Hawthorne, NJ, David Algera of Hawthorne, NJ, Jonathan Algera of Hawthorne, NJ and Ruth Ruehle (Michael); his stepson Michael Bessette of Paramus; his grandchildren, Joshua, Daniel, Jennie, Thomas, Shane, Emily and Jonathan; and his great grandchildren, Joseph, Jonathan, Aaliyah, Nathanial, Autumn and Leah.
