She was predeceased by: her parents, John McHugh and Hellen McHugh. She is survived by: her husband Francis "Earl" Eckhardt Jr.; her sons, Jeffrey "Jeff" Eckhardt of Stevensville, MD and Scott Eckhardt of Baltimore, MD.; and her grandchildren, Charlotte, Claudia, Austin and Kieran "KJ". She is also survived by many friends and extended family.
