He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Wilson and Crete Thompson Wilson; his son Gerald Wilson; and his siblings, Charles, Roger Wilson and Shirley Raines.
He is survived by: his wife Mary "June" Salmons Wilson; his children, Teresa Wildermuth (Joel) of Harrisonburg, VA and Timothy Wilson (Laura) of Indianapolis, Indiana; and his sisters, Sylvia Maynard, Patsy Peterson of Naples and Bonnie Roy of Seattle, Washington. He is also survived by five grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
