He was predeceased by: his parents, George Hartzog and Agnes Hartzog (Martin); and his siblings, William, Robert, Beatrice, LaVerne, LaVonne, Betty Jo and Bobbie Sue.
He is survived by: his wife Gloria; his sons, Rusty (Tracy), Mike (Suzanne), Nolan (Virginia), Gary (Meghan), Terry and Josh (Jessica); his sister Patsy Ruth; and his aunt Ollie Rae. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren, and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
