She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward A. Zacks and Ruth Hanauer Zacks. She is survived by: her brother Philip (Cathy); her niece Lisa (Kathleen Bennett); her nephews, David (Kendra), Jacob (Amanda) and Benjamin; and her close friend Chuck Lipchik. She is also survived by great nieces and nephews and many cousins.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in memory of Carol to the Erie Humane Society or the Erie Zoological Society.
