He was predeceased by: his mother Vivian Margurite Smith. He is survived by: his father Danny Henthorn (Carolyn) of Quincy, FL; his children, Ashley Boots (Daniel) of Bokeelia, FL and Megan Henthorn; his siblings, Tony Wise, Richard Henthorn, Monica Burke and Jason Henthorn (Amanda); and his grandchildren, Carlee Boots and Daniel.
