He is survived by: his wife Isabel Perez; his mother Angela Basulto of Cuba; his children, Osmany Ferrales of Cuba and Elizabeth Cue of Cape Coral; his siblings, Angelico Ferrales of Cuba and Caridad Ferrales of Cuba; his grandsons, Alexander Diaz and Andrew Diaz; and his great grandchild Elliot Francis Diaz (Cucucito).
