He was predeceased by: his parents, George Downs and Gayl Downs (Grenat); and his pets, Tobi and Lexi. He is survived by: his wife Pamela Kuntsman; his children, Audrea Cole (Kevin) of Kentucky and Paul Justice (Brandi) of Peru, IN; his sister Marcy Engels (Chris) of Nokomis, FL; his grandchildren, Ashley Woestman, Jay Cole, Harley Justice, Amanda Weyand, Chelse Justice, Annie Whipple and Mackenzie Whipple; and his nephew Ryan Halsema. He is also survived by 5 nephews, one niece and a great-nephew.
