Frances Spires Waters Obituary
We are sad to announce that on August 4, 2020, at the age of 77, Frances Spires Waters of Nokomis, Florida, born in Greenback, Tennessee passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Horace Spires and Emma Spires; her children, Julia Charleston of Birmingham, AL, Ronda LeBlanc of North Port, FL and Lee Waters II of Nokomis, FL.; her sister Dorothy Stevens of Rydal, GA; her husband Lee Waters Sr.; and her son David Steele. She was also cherished by nine grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
