He is survived by: his wife Jeanne Foote; his daughters, Cheryl Byron (Robert) and Mary Ann Thompson (Doug Phillips); his grandchildren, Lindsay Byron, Christopher Phillips and Marissa Phillips; and his sister Bettie Pitcock. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
