She is survived by: her children, Richard Carl Simmons, Jr. of Virginia, Allen Wayne Waugerman of Kentucky, Beverley Denise Frazier of Virginia and Kimberly Lynn Loving of Virginia; her stepdaughter Susan Elaine Ball of Virginia; and her sister Wanda June Rice of Virginia. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
