He is survived by: his father Dr. William J Readdy I; his former wife Barbara Readdy; his children, Terri and William John Readdy III; his grandson William John Readdy IV (William John Readdy V); his former wife Bette Young; his stepchildren, Susan, Betsy and Robert; his grandsons, Troy and Marc; his stepgranddaughters, Sarah, Mica and Cali; and his daughters, Katie Readdy Baker and Amie Readdy Leigh.

Bill requests that any donations in his name be made to Holy Name of Jesus Catholic Church in Niceville, Florida.
