He was predeceased by: his wife Frances McDowell Julian. He is survived by: his children, Stan Julian, Karen Maltese and Laura Southard; and his grandchildren, Nicole Lovering, Alaina Fincher, Sara, Sean Julian, Kandice, Kourtney McKosky and AJ McCrary.
