He was predeceased by: his father Sam Stevenson Sr.; and his siblings, Bobby Stevenson, Howard Stevenson, Joyce Harness and Mary Ann Stevenson.

He is survived by: his mother Julia Stevenson of Abilene, TX; his siblings, Billy Stevenson (Jan), Shane Stevenson (Lynee), Zetta Lise, Cynthia (Alvin) of Washington and Sandra Scruggs (Willie); his wife Barbara Ann Stevenson; his children, Eric Stevenson (Karon), Tammy Stevenson, Tyra Stevenson and Terrance Stevenson Sr. (Jaimie); his stepdaughters, Karen Dowdy (Allen) and Marsha Sumner Thompson (Robert); and his grandchildren, Morgan Payne, Meagan Payne, Lace Stevenson, Mikayla Stevenson, Melena Stevenson, Courtney Lockridge, Brittany Thompson, Brian Thompson, Angie Day, Chris Day, Terrance Stevenson Jr. and Stephanie Johnson. He is also survived by great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, family, and friends.

We know these times are difficult due to the COVID-19, but we want you to know the family appreciates your love and support but encourages everyone to remain safe and healthy so please wear your mask at the visitation and graveside.
