He was predeceased by: his parents, Roland Anthony and Goldie Anthony; his sister Kaye Anderson; his former wife Peggy; and his wife Carrie Roxanne "Roxie" Anthony.
He is survived by: his children, Merrina Godwin, Jason Miller and Roland Anthony, III; and his grandchildren, Sims Godwin and Seth Godwin.
