He was predeceased by: his parents, George Baxter and Pauline Baxter of Cedartown, Georgia.; and his brother Jerry. He is survived by: his wife Jane; his children, Leslie Rabold (John), Robert Baxter, Jr. (Sherry) and Kyle Baxter, Sr. (Milisa); and his pet Tessa. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
