He was predeceased by: his parents, Beulah Rose Blakely and William Matthew Neely; and his brother William H Neely (Gloria). He is survived by: his children, Jermaine Neely, Chad Smith (Tami), Selena Smith, Reginald R Neely and Shatice A Neely; and his sister-in-law Connie Neely. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
