She was predeceased by: her husband Bobby J. Stultz; her mother Josephine Perkins McCollough Hunt; and her siblings, Elsie McCollough Hansel, Carolyn Hunt Bailey and Bobby McCollough.
She is survived by: her son John D. Stultz; her sister Jo Hunt Thornton; and her sister-in-law Imogene McCollough. She is also survived by many nieces & nephews.
