With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Paul Kemper (Niceville, Florida), born in Wheeling, West Virginia, who passed away on September 13, 2019 at the age of 77. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He is survived by: his sons, Mike (Katy) and Chad (Angie); his grandchildren, Ben, Kyle, Jason, Skye, Ethan, Riley and Eva; his cousins, Joyce and Gary; his close friends, Bill Miller and Red Fickey; and his wife Alana Hamel. He is also survived by his daughters-in-law, his sons' friends.
