He was predeceased by: his parents, William Moorman and Emma Chittum Moorman. He is survived by: his wife Carol Moorman of Niceville, FL; his children, David Moorman (Marion) of Rineyville, KY and Susan Hatchett (Steve) of Bremen, GA; his sister Shirley Beakes (Cliff) of Marietta, GA; his grandchildren, Sandra, Crystal, Sonja, Tanya, Stephanie, Matthew and Chase; and also Richard Moorman (Sue) of Niceville, FL.
