He is survived by: his parents, Michael Valenzuela and Vikki Green Valenzuela of Niceville, Florida; his daughters, Amanda Michelle and Vanessa Marie Valenzuela of Carmel, Indiana; his brother Aaron Mitchel Valenzuela (David Glaze) of Tampa, Florida; and his grandparents, Phyllis and Bill Webster of DeFuniak Springs, Florida.. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
