Norman Wagner and Mildred Derr Wagner; his siblings, Norma Albright and Joseph Wagner; his grandmother Maney; his grandchildren, Katie Spilman Mette (Alex) and David Wagner, Jr.; his spouse Maney; and also, Kitty Wagner Spilman (Jim) of Jacksonville, David Wagner (Karen), Lynn Haven, Carol Wagner and Fort Walton Beach.
