She was predeceased by: her parents, Bob Whaley and Dolores Whaley; her brother Jim Whaley; her in-laws, Mike and Juanita Benton; and her brother-in-law Tom Webb.
She is survived by: her husband Larry Benton; her children, Melissa Berry (Don) and Larry Benton Jr. (Michaelle); her grandchildren, Rebekah Ellis (Brad), Rachel Fraley (James), Raela York (Jacob), Cristian Benton, Marissa Benton and Samuel Benton; her great grandchildren, Rafe Ellis, Lincoln Ellis, Melody Ellis, Michael Fraley, Meredith Fraley, Benjamin York, Mason York and Milo; her sister-in-law Lydia Eaves (Jaime); and her nephews, Shawn Whaley and Matthew Webb (Amanda).
Visitation was held on Friday, November 1st 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the McLaughlin Twin Cities Funeral Home (1405 E John Sims Pkwy, Niceville, FL 32578). A funeral service was held on Friday, November 1st 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, November 1st 2024 at the Heritage Gardens Cemetery (2201 Partin Dr N, Niceville, FL 32578).
