Puckett, Jr., Kelly Collins (Doug) and Cindy Orvedahl (Dale); her daughter-in-law Elizabeth Reddy Puckett (David); her sister-in-law Elizabeth Hunt (Douglas); and her grandchildren, Warren Puckett (Sarah), Mary Puckett, Katherine Campbell, Kayla Nutt (Ellis), Helen Larsen (Ethan), Margaret Williams (Jason), Allison Parsell (Keaton) and William Puckett (Kelly). She is also survived by 5 Great Grandchildren.
