He was loved and cherished by many people including: his child Ann Curtis Boykin; his parents, Luke H. Boykin and Sarah Couch Boykin; his aunt Evelyn Couch Proctor; his wife Judy; his children, Luke Boykin, Lisa Boykin Phillips and Charley Boykin; his stepchild Douglas Johns of Heather Anderson; and his brothers, Bert, Perry and Paul. He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews; and grandchildren.
