She was predeceased by: her parents, Percy Hilburn and Irene Hilburn; her husband Don West; her son Terry Cook; and her siblings, Drewey, Buford, Clarence Hilburn and Willow Dean Rich.
She is survived by: her sister-in-law Sarah M. Hilburn; and her close friends, Evelyn Manix and Linda Castleman. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews; as well as numerous friends.
