It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Linda Susan Underwood of Niceville, Florida, born in Christiansburg, Virginia, who passed away on July 2, 2024, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her mother Marian Smithwick Underwood; and her brother Tas J. Underwood Jr. (Jeff). She is survived by: her brother David R. Underwood; and her sister-in-law Nancy Underwood of Hopewell, VA. She is also survived by 11 nieces and nephews, and 16 great-nieces and nephews.
