She is survived by: her husband Mack Henry Culbreath; her children, Jamar, Eric (Kate) and Tracy (Brian); her granddaughters, Bailey, Emery and Penelope; her siblings, Ola Goff, Joyce Calvin, Yvonne McMullen, Deseray Thomas and Howard Davis (Wanda); and her siblings-in-law, Robert Culbreath, Shirley Davis, Ruby Davis and Trudy Stokes. She is also survived by her children and grandchildren, and her dogs.
