She is survived by: her friends, Lisa, Toomsboro Ga, Cleveland Smith and Eddie Mae Smith; her children, Juanita Payne-Galbreath (Joshua Galbreath Jr.) and Jerome McIntosh (Lori); her grandchildren, Jeremy Payne (Tanisha), Ashton Anderson (Devin), Jermi Payne, Justin McIntosh, Grace McIntosh and Ashlyn Payne; her great grandchild Mariah Anderson; her stepgrandchildren, Ayden, Joshua E., Anthony, Malcolm, Joshlyn, Josiah, Anissa, Ian and Maren; her siblings, Lee Ann Ferguson (Wade), Elizabeth Stephens, Emma Jackson, Annie Kate Patterson, Jessie Smith and Thomas Smith; her close friends, Linda James, Adron Bailey and Helen Nettles; and her sister Lulu Coleman. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
