Jessica Ashley Pope, 29, of Niceville Florida was called home to be with her Heavenly Father on Monday, February 19, 2024. There will be a graveside service at Heritage Gardens Cemetery, 2201 Partin Dr. N Monday, February 26 at 2:00 PM. Reception following at Bluewater Bay Preserve. 2000 Bluewater Blvd. Niceville.

Todd M. Pope and Bethany J. Pope became the proud parents of their firstborn child, Jessica Ashley Pope, on March 15, 1994, in San Antonio, TX. They moved to Niceville, FL when Jessica was 3 years old where she attended school and made lifelong friends that we also consider family and share precious memories with.

She was the proudest big sister to 2 brothers, TJ Pope and Jay (Bird) Pope, and a sister, Taylor Pope whom she always stood up for, protected, and loved unconditionally.

She leaves behind a high school sweetheart, Zachary Bartelson, and their 2 young children, Everly Shay Bartelson 8, and Blaze Jason Bartelson, who were her whole heart.

Jessica was a beloved daughter, sister, granddaughter, mother, and friend. She had unknown struggles she kept in fear of disappointing and worrying the ones she loved, those struggles grew until they were just too much to control. She is finally at peace with Jesus and will forever be happy again. Even though I want her here with me, Jesus always has a perfect plan.

Jessica Ashley Pope will be greatly missed but will always be happy in my heart.
