She is survived by: her children, Hal Reynolds (Elisa), Louisville, Marty Neal (Jena), Tony Neal (Michelle), Scott Neal and Teresa Shreve (Bob); and her grandchildren, Donald Neal Jr. (Tonya), Tish Karl, Ellene McClay, Shane Shreve, Emily LaFavour, Ashley Reynolds, Christina Pickering, Brandon Neal and Johnathan Neal. She is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren.
